At least two persons including a bank executive have been rescued alive from Airbus A320 wreckage after it crashed due to an ‘engine failure’ in Pakistan on Friday May 22.
Of the 98 people on board the Airbus A320 who were thought to have died during the crash, atleast two persons have been pulled out of the wreckage.
One of the survivors, Zafar Masood, the President of the Bank of Punjab could be heard saying, “Thank you so much. God has been merciful,’ to health officials in the hospital where he was rushed to. The other known survivor was named as Muhammad Zubair.
