How Tomato helps to lighten your Skin?
Tomato contains certain essential elements such as Vitamin A, B, C, Calcium, potassium, Magnesium and many more which is very helpful in lightening up your skin tone and also provide proper nourishment to your skin which is the highly needed condition for skin whitening.
1. Tomato
Prepare a paste by blending 1 tomato and apply this paste over the affected skin area and leave it for 20 minutes. Now wash it off with water or you can drink tomato juice every day in the morning for getting the desired results!
2. Tomato with Avocado
Prepare a thick paste by adding 1 each of tomato and avocado pulp. Apply this paste over the affected area and wait for 20 minutes. Now wash the area with warm water followed by cold water. continuously this procedure repeat every day for best results!
3. Tomato with Honey
Prepare a smooth paste by adding 1 tbsp. of honey and ½ blended tomatos together. Apply this paste on your skin and wait for 15 minutes. Now wash it off with lukewarm water followed by cold water. Repeat this procedure thrice a week for effective results.
